Important Information for Nail Services

Dear Valued Client,

Please let us know if you have any allergies related to nail products, dust, or latex gloves. Your safety is our top priority, and informing us helps ensure a comfortable and worry-free experience.

To keep your nails healthy after a BIAB treatment, please return for a refill or removal within 3 weeks. This helps prevent water from getting trapped under the nails and reduces the risk of fungus.

Note: We have a NO REFUND policy for all salon services. If you are not completely satisfied, please notify us during your service or within 72 hours afterward. If appropriate, we may offer a complimentary corrective service, which will be scheduled at the first available time within 7 days of your initial appointment.
